Job Title: Training & Technical Advisor

Are you an experienced baking professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for innovation? Our client are looking for an training & technical advisor to join our team and provide expert support to customers across the baking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including bakery process advice.
* Assist with new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) projects.
* Develop tailor-made products and conduct baking trials.
* Represent the business at trade fairs, customer events, and demonstrations.
* Deliver technical training to colleagues, partners, and customers on baking processes, ingredients, yeast, sourdough, and mixes.
* Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and product developments.
About You:
* Degree in Food Technology or equivalent background in the baking industry.
* Strong hands-on baking experience, ideally including industrial production lines.
* Excellent knowledge of baking processes, raw materials, and industry products.
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Collaborative team player, able to work across different departments.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willing to travel as required.
