Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating bid submissions from start to finish
* Reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance
* Collaborating with technical teams and graphic designers
* Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management
* Capturing best practices and contributing to bid libraries
Required Skills and Experience:
* 1–3 years of bid coordination experience
* Strong writing and editing skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systems
* Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred)
* APMP membership or certification (desirable)
