The role is a permanent full time (40hrs a week) position working Monday to Friday.

Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 in childcare or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years in early years and 3 years in management role
* Experience of leading an Ofsted inspection
Duties and responsibilities
* implement an educational, simulating and safe environment for children in line with legislation and Ofsted requirements
* Recruit, manage and ensure all staff are trained
* Ensuring nursery ratios are adhered to at all times
* Develop and maintain relationship with the local community and professional agencies
