Job Description
3. Provide financial insights and guidance to the Customer Service department
4. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts
5. Implement financial management best practices
6. Use Orchard and SUN Accounts software for financial operations
7. Collaborate with other department heads to develop budgets
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
9. Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
10. Develop strategies to improve financial health of the department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner (Customer Service) should have:
11. Fully CCAB qualfied - ACA, ACCA, CIMA OR CIPFA
12. Proficiency in Orchard, SUN Accounts, and Vision Excel/Q&A10/Vision Executive software
13. Excellent financial management and analytical skills
14. Strong communication and presentation skills
15. Ability to work collaboratively and provide leadership
16. Experience working in a Housing Association is required for this position
