This role is crucial in ensuring that our diverse clientele in sectors like Aerospace, Motorsport, and Medical receive the best technical parts support, enhancing their operational efficiency and satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Provide internal technical sales support for spare parts.
* Assist customers in identifying the correct components for their needs.
* Efficiently process orders and manage dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
* Liaise with service teams, suppliers, and international contacts to streamline operations.
* Support warranty claim processes and contribute to stock control and inventory accuracy.
* Handle general stores duties and logistics tasks, including invoicing and administrative support.
* Produce reports and support internal communication across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven experience in internal sales or customer support.
* Strong time management skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
* Logical and methodical problem-solving abilities.
* Competence in Microsoft Office; familiarity with D365 or similar systems is advantageous.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external customers.
