Duty Manager – Accommodation & F&B Venue
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Quarterly Bonus
The Role: We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for a vibrant accommodation venue with multiple F&B outlets. This role is heavily focused on F&B operations, so we are looking for someone with strong experience in this area. Hotel/accommodation experience is a real bonus!
Key Responsibilities
* Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
* Lead Food & Beverage service across the venue
* Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
* Ensure health & safety compliance and guest satisfaction at all times
* Act as the lead on shift, leading by example to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Social events and team-building activities
* Quarterly bonus structure
