What You’ll Do
* Lead the Night Team: Set priorities, brief colleagues, and ensure high standards across the shift.
* Keep Operations Smooth: Oversee front desk, security, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance requests overnight.
* Delight Guests: Respond promptly and professionally to requests, queries, and concerns.
* Manage Incidents Calmly: Follow safety and emergency procedures; contact the appropriate authorities when needed.
* Own the Night Audit: Complete reconciliations and prepare accurate reports for senior management.
* Protect Safety & Compliance: Ensure policies, health & safety, and security protocols are followed consistently.
* Be a Careful Custodian: Record and account for overnight spend and any variances.
* Coordinate Across Departments: Flag issues and follow through so day teams can act quickly.
* Coach & Guide: Support, train, and develop night colleagues to perform at their best.
* Keep Clear Records: Maintain precise logs of activities, incidents, and handover notes.
