Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Trustees to join our organisation. As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in the devleopment of a new modernised business. There are two positions available, we are seeking people with either strong skills in marketing, business development or compliance and performance. The ideal candidate will already have a some experience of working in the charity sector, and with volunteers.

Responsibilities
* Provide strategic oversight and guidance to ensure the organisation's objectives are met.
* Help in the development of an enhanced business model and strategy to enable the organisation to thrive over the next ten years
* either: Join our marketing team to develop a strategy and processes to promote our initiatives and enhance public relations efforts,
* or: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to governance.
* Manage relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community members to strengthen support for our mission.
* Participate in board meetings and contribute to discussions on organisational policies and strategies.
Requirements
* A commitment to the mission and values of the organisation.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. We invite candidates who are enthusiastic about making a difference through their work as Trustees.
* Proven experience in marketing, compliance or business development within a non-profit environment is highly desirable.
* The ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
* Excellent public relations capabilities to represent the organisation positively in various forums.
