Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
* Salary: 45,000 - 65,000 (DOE)
* Location: 2 days per week in Portsmouth office with UK-wide travel and hybrid working

Quantity Surveyor - Job Overview
* Full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple envelope/cladding remediation projects
* Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs, and project cash flows
* Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
* Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure
* Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with project progress
* Liaise with project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
* Frequent site visits across the UK with up to 2 days per week in the Portsmouth office
Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in fa ade, cladding or external envelope-related surveying
* Strong technical, contractual, and commercial understanding
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work across multiple live projects
* Based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth and willing to travel nationwide
