About the role:
The purpose of this role is to support and implement the pro-active aftermarket sales strategy within the business. To achieve this the PAS will support the vision and direction set by the aftermarket managers within the business.
Key tasks:
* Administration duties relating to the new Pro-active aftermarket sales tool
* Create data lists for both parts and service within the Proactive aftermarket sales tool
* Ensure that the data collected is actioned and fed back into the associated business systems such as Ibcos gold, SVAP and the JD aftermarket CRM tool
* Assist with the development of aftermarket marketing plans and develop these within the tools available such as POPs to distribute to the aftermarket teams within the business.
* The administration of Powergard contracts, ensuring all contracts are created and maintained in line with JD warranty/Powergard terms and conditions.
* Assist with the creation of maintenance contract quotations
* Maintenance and updating of service agreements within SVAP
* Any other tasks as reasonably required
Relevant Skills/Experience:
* Competent knowledge of agricultural equipment and the farming industry.
* Pro-active sales mindset
* Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships across the business, understand customer needs during the conversation.
* Ability to use standard computer applications, communications, and internet functions.
* Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
