The Role This position focuses on client retention and relationship management, with a strong emphasis on re-engaging lapsed clients and maintaining high levels of service for existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying reasons behind reduced client activity, resolving concerns, and ensuring continued satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, the Account Manager will help drive long-term client engagement and business growth.
