Location: Gloucester
Hours: 45 hours per week
Pay: £12.56 per hour.

This role is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, which will be arranged and paid for by Prosperity Care & Wellbeing.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Male Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. This role is split across two supported living services, where you'll be working with young adult males in their late 20s to early 30s.
The individuals you'll be supporting have a range of needs and diagnoses, including Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and Autism. Your role will be to provide tailored support that promotes independence, builds confidence, and encourages engagement in daily living activities, community access, and personal development.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You'll be working closely with a dedicated team to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where each person is encouraged to live as independently as possible.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting others, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team across two dynamic services.
Being comfortable around dogs is essential, as two of the people we support have them at home.
