Compliance & Quality Engineer Cambridgeshire | Hybrid | Competitive salary
Are you a hands-on Quality & Compliance professional looking for a role where you can really make an impact? We are working with an engineering-led business seeking a Compliance & Quality Engineer to take ownership of their QMS, compliance and HSE activities. You\'ll work closely with engineering, production and leadership teams, playing a key role in maintaining standards, supporting audits and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Owning the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Leading internal audits and supporting external accreditations
* Ensuring regulatory, customer and legislative compliance
* Working with Engineering & Procurement on materials and supplier compliance
* Overseeing HSE, including COSHH and environmental responsibilities
Qualifications
* Experience in Quality, Compliance or Assurance within an engineering environment
* Strong audit and quality systems knowledge
* Confident communicator who can influence across teams
* ASQ certification a plus, not essential
