Working as Receptionist / Secretary, your duties will include:
1. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
2. Answering and transferring incoming calls
3. File management
4. Arranging mail
5. Preparing correspondence and documents
6. Audio typing and word processing
7. Diary management
8. Ordering consumables, filing and another duties as required
You will have:
9. Reception experience
10. Fast and accurate typing skills
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
12. A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
