Job Title: Administrative Support for Admissions (Maternity Cover)
Oxford High School is seeking an experienced administrator with exceptional customer service skills to support our Admissions Department during a maternity leave cover. This role involves supporting all aspects of the admissions process, from handling parent inquiries to pupil enrollment, and coordinating attendance at recruitment and admissions events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the entire admissions process, including inquiries, applications, and enrolments.
* Coordinate and attend pupil recruitment and admissions events.
* Collaborate with the Admissions team, Marketing, and Communications teams.
* Build relationships with prospective parents and pupils.
About You:
* Excellent attention to detail and initiative.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong multi-tasking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven experience in office administration and customer service.
Previous experience in education or admissions is not essential but is a plus.
