Role: Customer Service
Location: Manchester City Centre
Our client is looking for a positive, friendly, and proactive individual to join their Customer Service team in their Manchester office. You will be the first point of contact for customers via telephone, assisting with customer queries while maintaining an exceptionally high level of service.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-centric approach, acting as an ambassador for the brand while developing and improving processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities
* Answering and dealing with all phone calls & emails promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Liaising with Engineers to arrange their job schedules
* Diagnosing product issues remotely, determining resolutions, and taking necessary next steps
* Improving scheduling and customer service processes to ensure efficiency and satisfaction, aligned with strategic objectives
* Maintaining excellent knowledge of products and technical information to provide accurate information and service to customers
* Using your initiative on each call to address customer needs effectively
