Main Responsibilities
* Reporting directly to the IT Director, you as the Transformation Change Manager will be executing a change management framework across Tarmac’s Transformation and provide change and communications support to the Transformation Office, Transformation Function and the wider business.
* On a day to day basis, the responsibilities of the Transformation Change Manager will include (not exhaustive):
* Developing and evolving the overall change management framework and approach for Tarmac’s Transformation Function and Tarmac
* Leading the implementation of Tarmac’s change management framework across the Transformation program activity and Transformation Function
* For large scale programmes, working with the transformation project teams including 3rd party vendors on change & communication activities
* For small change projects and IT / Technology teams, working with teams to identify which elements of their project require change management support and develop a change plan to manage them
* Ensuring a standardised approach to change management is executed across all project teams within the Transformation Roadmap and across the wider function.
* Providing change management expertise across the Transformation Function as required
* Supporting the development and delivery of content for programme engagements
* Working with the Tarmac Communications Team to develop content and supporting wider organisation communications

* To be successful in this role of Transformation Change Manager, you as the ideal candidate should be a self-starting and independent professional with strong collaboration skills, be skilled in gaining buy-in and support from stakeholders at all levels and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
