Our team deliver a wide range of capital investment projects across all our housing stock, ranging in scale and complexity, as we strive to deliver innovative solutions to meet current/future challenges. As a Project Co-Ordinator, providing a vital client management role. You will assist in developing projects and support delivery. You should have a technical background and knowledge of contract administration will be critical with a focus on oversight of a project from inception to completion, working collaboratively with services, partners and stakeholders alongside preparing and monitoring project documentation. Our projects are to be delivered in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work and North Lanarkshire Councils governance and risk strategies and valued at over £68m. With a focused approach to achieving outcomes, you will be a self-motivated individual with a flexible approach to work and have the ability to cope with multiple and changing demands whilst meeting deadlines. Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are a prerequisite of this post alongside IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You should be educated to SVQ3 or HNC level in a relevant discipline and you will have significant relevant work experience of project development and coordinating successful implementation within the construction industry. You will also have excellent partnership working and stakeholder engagement skills. You must be able to travel throughout North Lanarkshire to undertake the duties of this role. As Project Coordinator, you may be required to participate in a rota to facilitate the out of hours’ response service during evenings and weekends.
