SEN Cover Supervisor – Aberdare, RCT, South Wales We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to provide support within a Pupil Referral Service located in Aberdare, RCT. The ideal candidate will possess strong behaviour management skills and a solid understanding of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), SEBD (Social, Emotional Behaviour Difficulties), and EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties). This SEN Cover Supervisor role involves working with learners primarily in Key Stage 3 and 4, supporting their educational journey in a challenging yet rewarding environment. As a SEN Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for covering a variety of subjects and activities, leading classroom sessions with the assistance of teaching assistants. This position offers a full-time, long-term commitment from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8.30am to 3pm, aiming to become a vital part of the school’s team from day one.
