Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
* Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to support communication goals.
* Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into the classroom.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
* Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering professional insights on student progress.
* Provide training and guidance to staff and families on effective communication practices.
Qualifications
* Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license.
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcome to apply.
* Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
* Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.
