You have - Experience working alone and staying calm under pressure - Great people skills and a flexible, person-centred approach - Confidence to manage challenging behaviour and de-escalate situations - Good literacy and numeracy, and able to keep accurate records - A full UK driving licence (or equivalent experience if not essential) Practical bits - Working waking nights, on a lone working basis. You’ll occasionally need to attend daytime meetings or training. - We work between the hours of 21:45 to 08:15. - Rota Working on a rota of 4 on, 4 off basis - You’ll work from our Erdely Villa service in Middlesbrough, which is easily accessed by public transport. - There is free on-site parking.
