Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for support and client success? We're looking for an IT Support Technician with 3+ years of experience in IT Support.
You’ll be helping clients with their day-to-day IT needs — from troubleshooting technical issues to assisting with system administration and general user support. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Password Resets
* User Management
* User licenses
* Client Onboarding/Offboarding
* Troubleshoot and manage networks (VLANs, VPNs, IP routing)
* Use tools like Intune, SharePoint and Azure
What You’ll Bring:
* 2+ years in IT support (MSP background preferred)
* Knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization
* Experience with networking, backups and cloud platforms
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* A proactive mindset and the ability to manage your own workload
