Job Description:
Fella and Jones are partnering with a Global Contemporary Luxury Womenswear brand in London to find a Senior Garment Technologist. You will work closely with in-house and external manufacturers from prototype to delivery, collaborating daily with designers to develop products and manage fit meetings.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will coordinate with the Head of Design and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy.
* Manage tech packs for new styles, including consumptions and construction notes
* Collaborate with the production team to develop CADs and prototypes
* Possess excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, fitting, and grading
* Understand testing processes and analyze test reports and garment care
* Have strong knowledge of women’s RTW at a luxury level
* Pre-empt and resolve potential production issues in line with the critical path
* Experience working within a luxury retailer, supplier, or manufacturer
