We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Advisory firmbased in High Wycombe, who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with intelligent office experience who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
The Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth running of client services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing full administrative support to IFAs
2. Processing new business, valuations, and policy documentation
3. Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams in a professional manner
4. Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring FCA compliance
5. Preparing suitability letters and client correspondence
6. Managing diaries, workflows, and follow-ups
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or within financial services is highly desirable
8. Must have strong, intelligent office experience (professional services environment preferred)
9. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Confident communicator, both written and verbal
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
