Technical Support Specialist

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for technical support? We're looking for an experienced technician to provide on-site assistance for workplace equipment and related services.
What you'll do:
Deliver face-to-face support for hardware and software issues.
Perform installation, moves, and changes for devices and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents that cannot be handled remotely.
Assist with hardware repairs and replacements.
Support deployment and refresh activities for workplace devices.What we're looking for:
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and common software.
Ability to manage tasks independently and communicate effectively.
