Job Search Coordinator
Salary: £31, pro rata
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Part Time Monday Friday 9:30am -2:30pm
Location: Barnet Office
Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way.
What youll be doing:
1. Deliver job search support sessions with participants ensuring they make quality job applications to gain sustainable employment
2. Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on appropriate jobs boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up to date and visible to employers.
3. Create job search sessions on our CRM system and promote within the team to ensure maximum attendance to sessions
4. Meet and exceed all monthly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators, seeking feedback and input to continuously improve and deliver strong outcomes for our participants and commissioners.
5. Building effective and positive relationships and working collaboratively with participants and Restart Advisors in the team
6. Maintaining accurate electronic participant records that reflect the broad spectrum of support offered, from coaching through to employment placement, within the required timescales and to the required standards
7. Keep up to date with local labour market information including where hidden employment opportunities can be found, local recruitment practices
You'll Require:
8. Experience working in very busy environments
9. The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential
10. Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change
11. Exceptional communication skillsinspire and influence participants while addressing their diverse needs with flexibility, robustness and creativity, as well as contacting employers and other external stakeholders to identify opportunities for participants
12. Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges
13. High-level digital literacy
14. Excellent organisational skillsable to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple priorities
15. Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying.
