Engineering Trainer Assessor

What you'll be doing
* Deliver high-quality technical and safety training to Fleet maintenance staff
* Support competence assessments and ensure engineering standards are met
* Develop and update training materials within agreed timescales
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects and fleet modifications
* Help enhance technical capability, reducing failures and improving reliability
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with Traction & Rolling Stock
* Strong fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills
* Excellent understanding of rail safety and maintenance practices
* Great communication and organisational skills
* Confident using IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, and analytical tools)
* Trainer Techniques (C&G 7331) or A1 Assessor qualification — or willingness to achieve these within 6–12 months
