Purpose of Role
Lawes is currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Account handler to look after a large portfolio of clients
Responsibilities
* Maintain an existing portfolio of clients and establish a strong professional relationship
Day to Day
* Handle renewals, mid-term-adjustments and new quotes
* Dealing with customers through email and telephone
* Offering a high standard of customer service at all times
Experience
* Proven experience within a similar role
* Experience working in a broker environment
Skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Knowledge of the Acturis system
