Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Lead and inspire a team of PSLs, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
4. Drive innovation in legal content: blogs, newsletters, press releases, and digital campaigns
5. Deliver engaging training to clients and colleagues on legal developments
6. Champion technology and automation in precedent and knowledge systems
7. Ensure lawyers are up to date with legislation, best practices, and market trends
8. Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
9. Collaborate across teams to enhance knowledge delivery and client service
The Successful Applicant
About You
10. Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law (immigration experience a plus)
11. Proven leadership experience in a PSL role or equivalent senior legal position
12. Strong written communication skills and a flair for engaging legal content
13. Commercially aware and confident working with senior stakeholders
14. Comfortable with legal tech and automation tools
15. Approachable, collaborative, and proactive in driving change
