As a Support Worker, you will:
* Work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care at all times.
* Promote independence, helping young people maximise their choices, rights, and opportunities.
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where young people can thrive.
What were looking for:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* An empathetic, patient, and non-judgemental approach.
* A calm, resilient, and proactive attitude.
* Previous experience working in a residential childrens home.
* NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People (desirable, but not essential).
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred (due to the homes location).
