Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces? As a Facilities Administrator, you'll help ensure our properties meet the highest standards of safety and quality. 3. Communicating effectively with service staff and contractors to ensure repairs are carried out promptly.
4. Ensuring all relevant records and databases are accurately updated and maintained to support smooth operations.
Since job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the post holder may be required to undertake other duties broadly in line with the above responsibilities. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, especially underrepresented groups and those with lived experience. We are a Disability Confident and Mindful employer and support applicants with access needs.
All roles involving client contact will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. A criminal conviction does not necessarily prevent employment; decisions depend on the offence and its relevance. For discussions about convictions, contact us directly.
