Conveyancing Paralegal – Birmingham (Full-Time) We are seeking a proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to support a Consultant Solicitor and contribute to the growth of their expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with an interest in residential property law and develop within a supportive environment. About the Role As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key role in assisting with a broad range of property transactions, under supervision. Your responsibilities will gradually include: Supporting the lead solicitor in handling residential and commercial property transactions from inception to post-completion Handling post-completion tasks, including title registrations, SDLT submissions, and dealing with requisitions Communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders Contribute to the development and management of client relationships Gaining exposure to the conveyancing process with the opportunity to progress into a fee-earning role About the Company You will be employed directly by a Consultant Solicitor who partners with a progressive and growing law firm with offices in Birmingham, and Manchester. This position is based in Birmingham city centre, where you’ll be part of a client-focused team known for delivering exceptional service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
