Data Team: The Data Team plays a central role in the school’s success and is integral to driving standards, supporting progress and informing decision-making at every level. The data function works closely with Senior Leadership, Heads of Department, pastoral leaders, SEND and safeguarding teams, and the wider administrative structure to ensure that data is accurate, timely and meaningful. The school is seeking a skilled and proactive Data Manager who will lead on the organisation, analysis and presentation of key school performance information. This is a highly valued position within the school and is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with complex datasets, has a keen eye for detail and is confident communicating insights clearly to a range of stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience in a data role, ideally within education (highly desirable but not essential) • Strong knowledge of school data processes including assessment, tracking, reporting and performance analysis • Excellent IT skills, including high competence in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, dashboards) • Experience using a school MIS system (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar) • Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection (GDPR), with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities during busy reporting and exam periods • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting data clearly to non-technical colleagues • A proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to improve systems and introduce efficiencies • Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy Application To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
