The What...
Whether you have a background in maintenance, technical, mechanical, or electrical work—this could be the next role for you. Prior experience as a bowling technician is not required. If you have general maintenance experience and can lead a small team, we will train you in all other aspects of the role.
As a Facilities Team Leader, you'll be a motivated, hands-on leader working alongside our team. You'll ensure all equipment is maintained to high standards, keep the centre in good condition, and ensure compliance with regulations. You'll also liaise with team members and customers regarding any faults.
You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeship and management training programs to support your career growth.
To be successful as a Facilities Team Leader, you'll need:
* Experience supervising a team
* A positive attitude and proactive approach
* Ability to motivate and lead a team
* Initiative in identifying problems and faults
* Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
* Strong organizational skills and workload planning
* Pride in maintaining facilities and equipment
* Flexibility in working hours
