Working with learners at their workplace, often for some of the UK’s most loved hospitality brands, you’ll deliver apprenticeships. This includes providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them earn career-building qualifications. You’ll also assist in developing transferable skills in Maths and English if needed, managing your own admin tasks.

As industry champions, we’ve established the Loving Hospitality initiative and operate our Chef Academy, an advanced Apprenticeship programme supporting retention.
What will you bring to the role?
Along with recent professional experience at Supervisor or Management level in hospitality, both front and back of house, you’ll have:
* NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality
* Extensive vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, and beverage service
* Experience working in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
* Strong communication and self-motivation skills
* GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above, or key skills equivalent)
* Experience working autonomously
It’s also advantageous but not essential to have:
* NVQ Level 3 in senior production chef or hospitality supervision
* BTEC Level 3 in hospitality management
* Experience within a WBL/education environment
