Key Responsibilities: What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll be at the heart of Sage's web performance and optimisation efforts. You'll dive deep into user behaviour, conversion trends, and testing results to uncover what really drives our customers - then turn those findings into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with our Data Science, Experimentation, UX, and Marketing teams, you'll help craft data-driven strategies that elevate the customer experience and boost conversion rates. You'll take ownership of our Power BI dashboards, building and maintaining tools that make data come alive for stakeholders across the business. Your dashboards will tell a story - not just about numbers and performance, but about opportunities, growth, and customer impact. Alongside this, you'll blend quantitative insights with qualitative research, creating a holistic view of the customer journey and helping teams see where friction occurs and how to fix it. As you analyse and visualise our data, you'll play a pivotal role in helping Sage's digital teams make confident, informed decisions. Whether it's spotting a conversion bottleneck, identifying the next A/B test opportunity, or refining our reporting approach, you'll be the voice of clarity and insight in a world of data. About You: You're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding what drives people to click, convert, and come back. You're comfortable juggling analytics, visualisation, and collaboration - and you love seeing your insights turn into real-world impact. You'll shine in this role if you have: Experience analysing digital behaviour using tools like Google Analytics, Content Square, or similar. - Hands-on experience designing and managing Power BI dashboards. - A knack for turning complex data into actionable insights that improve customer experience. - A collaborative approach - you enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to solve problems. - Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion funnels, and CRO strategies.
