Private Client Solicitor
Red Recruitment is looking for an experienced, qualified solicitor to join our client, an award-winning multi-disciplinary law firm, as part of their growing Private Client department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fantastic team to manage a varied caseload to include Wills, Power of Attorney, Estate Administration and Tax Planning.

Key Responsibilities of a Private Client Solicitor
* Manage a varied caseload of preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, tax planning, estate administration and Court of Protection work
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
* Represent clients in County Court and High Court proceedings, as well as mediations and other dispute resolution forums.
* Conduct legal research and provide clear, strategic advice to clients on private client issues.
* Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties to progress matters efficiently and maintain strong client relationships.
* Supervise and support junior team members where appropriate, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional development.
* Ensure compliance with firm policies, risk management procedures, and professional standards.
* Play an active role in the continued growth and development of the private client team
* Demonstrate consistent fee earning
Key Skills & Experience of a Private Client Solicitor
Experience: Applications are encouraged from Solicitors/Legal Executives of around 3 or more years PQE or equivalent experience
The ideal candidate will:
* Have 3 years PQE
* Be Step Qualified and have SFE Membership however this is not essential and training is available
* Have a desire to consistently fee earn
