As the business continues to expand its events offering, they are looking for an organised and client-focused professional to help coordinate and deliver exceptional experiences across weddings, corporate functions and private events.
Role & Responsibilities Of The Events Coordinator
* Manage the operational delivery of events from point of booking through to execution
* Prepare quotations, pricing, schedules and all event administration documentation
* Coordinate internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
* Act as the key client contact throughout the planning journey, building strong and trusted relationships
* Attend and oversee events on-site, ensuring exceptional standards and resolving issues proactively
About You As The Events Coordinator
* Previous experience within events, hospitality, weddings, operations or project coordination
* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Professional, polished and confident in client-facing environments
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Flexible and adaptable with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Salary: C£35,000 p.a.
