We're looking for a motivated individual to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency.
Location: Park Royal, NW10
Starting Pay Rate: £17 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
● Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff (cooks, dishwashers), providing direction and fostering a positive, efficient work environment.
● Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth daily kitchen workflow, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
● Quality & Safety: Enforce strict food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and sanitation standards while ensuring compliance with health codes.
● Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage food rotation, and minimise waste to optimise efficiency.
● Maintenance: Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
● Customer Service: Address food-related concerns and liaise with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Must haves:
● Excellent culinary skills with a deep appreciation for authentic Italian cuisine.
● Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
● Good computer skills to manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems.
Preferable:
● Ability to speak Italian (a bonus, but not mandatory).
