The Role of the Business Development Manager:
* Selling a portfolio of Respiratory, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and Continence products across primary and secondary care customers
* Supporting patients and training them on system use with a nursing team
* Leading relationships and negotiations with senior stakeholders, including national Key Opinion Leaders
* Negotiating and influencing key stakeholders effectively
* Delivering compelling commercial narratives to accelerate communication
* Achieving or exceeding growth targets
* Implementing strategies and maintaining business plans

The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager:
* Hospital and NHS Community sales experience preferred

* Ability to engage decision-makers and build relationships
