Welder Fabricator – Exciting Workshop Role
NN8 Area (Wellingborough)
Up to £17.00 per hour DOE
Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
We are working with a well-established engineering & manufacturing specialist based in Wellingborough with decades of experience supplying precision components and engineered solutions to demanding industries including defence, transport and bespoke fabrication sectors.

️ What You’ll Be Doing
As a Welder Fabricator, you will:
✔ Weld to approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
✔ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints & weld symbols
✔ Perform TIG & MIG welding to a high standard
✔ Prepare, align, cut & fit materials prior to welding
✔ Ensure all welds meet required ISO / EN quality standards
✔ Maintain welding equipment, tools & consumables
✔ Complete weld logs and quality documentation
✔ Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet production deadlines
Training & Development
Coded welding training fully supported and provided.

⭐ What We’re Looking For
Previous welding & fabrication experience
Strong ability to read technical drawings
MIG & TIG welding capability
High attention to detail
Strong safety awareness
Reliable and professional attitude
Experience within structural steel, piping or pressure environments would be advantageous — but not essential.
Working Environment
Workshop-based role

Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
☕ 10:00am – 10:10am
12:30pm – 1:00pm
☕ 3:00pm – 3:10pm
