The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you'll support a portfolio of clients, providing expert HR advice and managing a broad range of employee relations and people-related matters. You'll build strong client relationships, guide organisations through complex HR issues, and contribute to improving their people practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing client queries through to resolution
* Advising on employee relations issues and wider HR matters
* Supporting the full employee lifecycle
* Updating HR policies and documentation
* Assisting with client meetings, audits, and ongoing relationship management
* Keeping up to date with employment law and HR best practice
* Supporting business development activities where required
About You
* Experience within HR consultancy
* Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law
* CIPD Level 7
* Confident managing multiple clients and priorities
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed
* Business development skills and experience
