Job Description
As a cleaning operative, your responsibilities will include:
1. Cleaning washrooms and assigned areas according to contract specifications and schedules.
2. Dusting and tidying designated spaces.
3. Handling and storing chemicals and cleaning products safely.
4. Maintaining high standards of work with a positive team spirit.
5. Continuously developing and improving quality standards.
6. Meeting manager, client, and company expectations.
7. Responding to reasonable requests from the company or clients.
8. Properly maintaining and storing products, equipment, and materials.
9. Using initiative to resolve problems when appropriate.
10. Ensuring appearance and conduct meet company standards, including wearing appropriate clothing/PPE.
11. Communicating any unresolved cleaning issues.
