Senior Building Inspector
Location - Hertford
Salary - Up to £70,000 (DOE)

Our Role
We are looking for a registered Building Inspector to join our Watford team to assist in covering the Hertfordshire area. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.
You will need
* BSR registration of class 2 A, B, D as a minimum, for plan checking and site inspection
* Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
* Previous in-house or external building control experience
* Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
* Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
* Current valid driving licence

* Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
