We are looking for reliable, motivated, caring, and compassionate Support Workers to join our Learning Disabilities division.
We cover Felixstowe, Ipswich, Claydon, Needham Market, Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds and whilst you will be predominantly settled in a certain location, we may request that you support at any of our services - this upskills our staff teams significantly, with exposure to varied specialised needs and ensures best practice, information and knowledge is shared across our organisation.

Objective of Role:
* This role is extremely varied depending on the service and service user(s) you are supporting; however, our focus remains consistent - to use a person-centred and innovative approach to support and facilitate the development of new skills and independence to enable our service users to achieve and exceed their goals and aspirations.
* You will provide support to vulnerable individuals, building trust and assisting them with personal care, activities, and all aspects of daily life, supporting them to lead the most fulfilling and rewarding lives possible.
