Care Professionals required - Dorking area - Minimum 2 hour client visits!
Our client provides award winning home care to older people living in the Dorking area. We believe that care is more than just a service, it’s a relationship. We understand that no two people are the same. That’s why we don’t offer off-the-shelf care packages. Instead, we take the time to get to know each individual – their needs, preferences, and personality.
We are looking for compassionate Care Professionals who can offer support to our clients whether it’s companionship, personal care, specialist dementia support, or clinical services.
Locations supported by our branch are: Betchworth, Brockham, Buckland, Strood Green, Dorking, Pixham, Rose Hill, Westcott, Beare Green, North Holmwood, Newdigate, Capel, Ockley, Abinger Bottom, Abinger Common, Abinger Hammer, Holmbury St Mary, Mickleham, Pitland Steet, Sutton Abinger, Westhumble, Wotton
What we offer:
Minimum 2-hour visits with clients (no rushed care)

Zero-hour contract – flexible work to suit you
Every other weekend availability required
Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle
Business Class 1 insurance (work-related)
Enhanced DBS check – £50 cost reimbursed after 40 hours worked
Full training provided – 11.5 hours paid after 3 months of work

Blue Light Card subscription Pay Rates:
Weekdays
7am – 8pm: £12.69 – per hour
8pm – 10pm: £15.20 – per hour Weekends
Flat rate: £15.20 – per hour
Sleep-in shifts - £123 (10 hours) Bank Holidays
Double pay Mileage & Paid Travel Time:
In-between clients: 40p per mile
With clients (outings/shopping): 45p per mile
Travel time between visits (or to/from home for later shifts): £11.50 – per hour Benefits:
Holiday pay – accrue 1 hour for every 8.28 hours worked
