The Team Leader Role
The Team Leader is a transformative role responsible for driving performance and results from a team of Employment Advisors. The role involves supporting the team to achieve individual and team targets, providing ongoing practical support through observations, caseload reviews, and discussions of complex cases. The Team Leader will conduct performance reviews and observations to assess competence in line with Ingeus' Performance Excellence Programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct Line Management of the team
* Mentoring, training, and developing the team to perform their roles effectively
* Regular observations and caseload reviews
* Supporting successful project delivery by maintaining operational excellence, achieving KPIs, managing the quality of provision, and managing performance
Candidate Requirements
* Previous Team Management / Lead experience is essential
* Experience in overseeing performance, mentoring, and supporting colleagues to meet KPIs
* Stakeholder management skills; ability to network and build relationships internally and externally
