The Role Your responsibilities will include: Sales Strateg y: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives. Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting performance targets and providing guidance to maximize their potential. Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market. Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth. Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets. Budget Management : Manage the sales budget efficiently and ensure that resources are allocated effectively. Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements. Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company objectives. Sales Training : Organize and conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge Managing a team of 11-50 people. Ideal Profile You have at least 3 years experience within a Sales / Relationship Manager or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Other Services industry. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data Applicant should have GDPR knowledge.
