PETA are proud to be recruiting for the Administrator Apprentice position at Hampshire Generators, the apprentice will work alongside the sales team and assist in building and maintaining an active customer base. Training to be provided: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6-8 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach. About the role: The Internal Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following duties: Responding to emails and customer enquiries Completing CRM tasks Creating quotations and completing CRM deals Greeting and welcoming visitors Answering the telephone, transferring calls/taking messages as necessary Supporting all departments with general administrative tasks as required Filing and managing office systems including CRM Providing cover to the members of the Hampshire team in times of absence What are the career prospects at Hampshire Generators?
