Our client is a leading council based in the Edinburgh region. With a significant amount of residential development ongoing in their region, they are seeking to add a Roads and Utility officer to their infrastructure and roads team.
Your new role
As Roads Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the progress of infrastructure works on a range of residential developments across the council region. You will be on-site visiting projects regularly, ensuring the developer isplying with design and regulatoryponents attached to their residential development. You will bemunicating with a range of stakeholders, from the residential developer site managers to utility providers and architects. This is a mobile role where you get a significant degree of independence and flexibility as you fulfil the duties of your role.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking an experienced civil professional with deep expertise in the construction and development of infrastructure across themunity. Perhaps you will be an experienced site agent / project manager seeking a change of direction later in your career, and you are looking to move away from the day-to-day grind of running a project. You will have relevant qualifications in this space.
